We are pretty basic when it comes to rules, we are more about having fun on race days... that being said there are a few rules that we must put in place to keep everyone safe and protect our racing venue....

Close toe shoes must be worn. (THAT MEANS NO FLIPPITY FLOPS OR SANDALS!!)

No cars can be added to a race once it starts, If your car is not on the starting line when the race begins forget it... you will just have to wait for the next race to compete.

If you pull your car from a race in a heat you may return to the race with caution, if you break or if you dump in a MAIN EVENT there is no fixing it or changing batteries and launching back out mid race, YOUR DONE!!

Remember guys and gals this is done for fun and we are all about seeing the hobby grow. We all will be faster and have more fun with the car count climbing and new racers joining in.

No reverse, if possible locked out on your ESC (Penalties will be enforced for breaking this rule)

All vehicles must be free of dirt, mud, oil and etc… our carpet is expensive and needs to last

Racers must provide their own Trackmate style transponders, the club has them available for rent or purchase ($25.00)

It takes 4 to make a class, we may combine classes to fit you in – no racer will ever be turned away from running if at all possible!

13.5T Motor Rule – unless the class specifies otherwise no car shall ever run lower than a 13.5T Brushless motor

All Lipo batteries are to be hard cased. Batteries must NOT be charged beyond 4.22v (2S=8.44v) per cell for Oval & Offroad and 4.20v (2S=8.40v) per cell for Onroad - No Lipo or battery warmers are allowed in the building!!!

LiPo batteries must be charged in flame retardant charging sacks designed for LiPo batteries. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

SXT Odorless traction compounds (sauce) only!

Mansfield RC RaCeway is meant to be a family friendly atmosphere for all ages. Please be respectful. No unsportsman-like conduct or foul language will be tolerated!


This shouldn't have to be said but there will be no alcoholic beverages or controlled substances in our facility, if you are obviously under the influence of either you will be asked to leave the premesis!

***BIGGEST RULE!!*** IF IT'S NOT EXPRESSED IN THE RULES.... GENERAL OR IN A CLASS ASSUME IT'S NOT ALLOWED, ASK FIRST!!

We use TrackMate compatible transponders



There are NO house transponders however we do have a limited number of rentals available for race day and practice events. (Drivers License or Security Deposit will be required for rentals!)

You can purchase transponders on hand at the track for $25.00 ea.
